Leadership is all about a leader who handle the ship. Some people said that, we cannot have more than one leader in one ship. But, why not? Everybody is a leader- at least for their own self. Everybody is a follower - no matter how 'big' we are, we are the follower of god. However, only the best follower can be the best leader.
As a leader, we must know our destiny. As a leader, we must always be prepared and knowledgeable. As a leader, we must aware with our strength, and weakness. As a leader, we must be creative, inovative, open minded, energetic, and ready to transform ourselves for the betterment during our journey to success.
The ship might have a million of brilliant leader, but only one would become their captain. As a leader, we must know how to choose the best leader and become the best follower to achieve our goals.
